Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States and to select international destinations.

Available shipping locations may change from time to time based on operational considerations.

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped.

Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, supply chain disruptions, or other operational factors.

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping times typically are:

United States:
3–7 business days

International:
7–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Total estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days for US orders and 10–25 business days for international orders, measured from the date the order is placed.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, operational disruptions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 within the United States.

Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping carrier.

Free shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Orthodoxy Simplified.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third party production and fulfillment partners. Products are produced individually after an order is placed and are shipped once production has been completed.

Because products are made to order, processing times may vary and orders cannot always be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This may occur when products are produced at different fulfillment facilities or when certain items are completed at different times.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.

Orthodoxy Simplified is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier capacity issues, supply chain disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Risk of Loss

All purchases made through our store are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@orthodoxysimplified.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution when possible.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. Orthodoxy Simplified is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Resolution of shipping issues may depend on the policies and investigation procedures of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orthodoxy Simplified is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or delivery refusal, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment has been processed.
