Refund policy
We have a limited return and replacement policy. Because all items are made to order, most purchases are not eligible for return. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns are only accepted in the specific circumstances described below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong item, color, or variant
• minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings or production differences
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
How to Report an Issue

Please include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving authorization will not be accepted.
In many cases involving damaged or defective items, a replacement may be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• items ordered in the wrong size
• items ordered in the wrong color or variant
• items where the customer simply changed their mind
• items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• items returned without prior authorization
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will review the issue and may issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.
Orthodoxy Simplified is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If a package appears lost, we may assist in contacting the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Orthodoxy Simplified.
Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Orders that are refused by the customer due to customs fees, taxes, or import duties are not eligible for a refund.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.
